With highly qualified staff in all areas, the QA function supports the Quality Management System (QMS) with QP batch disposition (as well as import release), deviation and change controls, complaint handling and product quality review (PQR) preparation.
Q.C. test raw materials, perform in-process testing and full analysis of finished products in our well equipped (IR/HPLC/GC) laboratory.
The validation team carries out process, cleaning and analytical validation studies, equipment qualification and stability testing.
Technical Support includes formulation development and process development, with scale-up and trial batch manufacture. The function also manages the technology transfer of new products onto site.
